Basic accomodation but the rooms and the Pub itself were very clean. A variety of meals at reasonable prices served by friendly staff and situated in a nice little village just outside of Leamington Spa. We have no hesitation at all of recommending it we will certainly return. Great value for the money

Very pleasent stay, hotelstaff were friendly and helpful. The village location is quiet and pituresque. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Would stay again.
If the public house was busy, the noise could be an issue in the room I was in.

Great old world pub with atmosphere and with real food with some good steak offers on the menu.
The room was cold when I arrived and took some time to warm up it would have been better if the heating had a background level that kept the room aired and more welcoming. The décor in the bathroom was a bit rustic but it all worked well.

The inn suited our needs in that we wanted to stay in the area to attend a family gathering.
Although we were booked in, the owner did seem to be expecting us ,but let us have the room anyway.

The location for our annual dog show was perfect, with parking right outside the chalet type room. The food was excellent, especially the well-priced restaurant menu. The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious, even though they were slightly outdated. The M1 motorway being nearby was convenient for travel.

the room was quiet clean and functional
this is a B@B not an hotel, so thats not a fair question. Basically its a room attatched to a pub, it serves a useful purpose. They advertise a continental breakfast but did serve a full english - but didn't tell me. They could communicate a little better.

The beer and food are pretty good, the room is basic but comfy, good value for the money
Could do with a decent telly with freeview and a remote control, certainly in room 5
